Gilded beveled mirror largish size and with a crown of ornate intricacy. The beveling on this mirror is exquisite with scalloped work that gives each corner a three way thumbprint look. The top worked “crown” slants outwards. The frame is wooden but with plaster worked scrolls as a crown and down the sides, gold gilded all over.
This is an ornate mirror so not for the faint of heart, it would look grand in a good sized formal dining room or large space that allows it to be well viewed.
It hails from Portugal and made around the 1920’s.
Size wise 1 metre tall and 65cm wide and in excellent condition.
